Remember the glare of my mirrored and glass build ins? Remember the TV cabinet doors that finally shut (they were open for 6 years with a huge dinosaur TV up there) after the removal of the TV, rendering them useless? Well....
The are GONE!!!! I'm not quite done tweaking them, especially the stuff on the mantel, but was dieing to share what I've done so far and how I've incorporated my one splurge and my goodwill finds and some house shopping.

A cute little nest I picked up for 11.00 at a new shop in Summerfield called The Orchard House...definitely worth a trip too...lots of fun stuff!

I am proud of myself that I got this far virtually by myself...placing objects is not my specialty. I'm a painting girl. Which I must add that I did prime and paint all this woodworking and my back in aching still!!!
I may call in some friends to tweak it up and fix the mantel up a bit more. I'd love any comments or suggestions...I value every comment I get!
