Free Cookie Sheet!

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from a Pampered Chef friend the other day who said she had a FREE cookie sheet for me to try! It arrived just in time for my big bake for friday night's events.

I filled the sheet with frozen dough and was very impressed 14 minutes later when I had what many have said "the perfect cookie"!

I deem the cookie sheet a winner! It will be available in the new Fall/Winter catalog and will sell for $18.00.

The Nut in Action!

Ok, yesterday I just whipped on my cute little polka dot apron and cooked up 225 cookies and individually packaged each one! Just another day in Dough Nut land. Why, did I do this? Well, I'm looking all cute so mom could do a little photo op for the Foodzie people. My online store is almost ready to go up on www.foodzie.com in the next week or do. These cookies are now traveling to San Francisco for the Foodzie investors and other to sample! Yikes! I'm a little freaked out. Will they make it one piece? Will the vanilla drizzle on the Swedish Ginger crumble off...most likely? Will they like them?????
Oh yes, and if you have not seen me in the last month, I did chop all my hair off. It feels quite wonderful and freeing...no more mom ponytail for me! And for anyone else who has been inquiring it is Sandy and Salon Envy.
I'll keep you posted on the Foodzie report..check out the website. It is just launching and I am one of the first to participate....I should be on soon. Keep me in your prayers. Love and blessing to so many of you who support me...it means so much!

A New Cookie Flavor!

OK, this is my favorite flavor so far! It is my famous chocolate chip with crushed white chocolate covered pretzels!! The sweet and the salty are just right! I just made them today for the first time. Dear hubby is scarfing the rest up right now and said he loves it! So, what shall I call it? Any ideas? Do you need to tatse first? Perhaps we should have a Greensboro tasting party soon.
So, my day was pretty much just making dough today and trying to entertain Grayson on this rainy stay in your PJ's kind of day.
