Get ALL Your Fruits and Veggies EVERYDAY!

Hello Dear Readers! I know some of you...I wish I knew all of you!

If you know me well, then you know that one of my passions is food...good food. Especially when you become a parent and a role model for what your children eat. I want to share something with you that has become a enhancement to our daily nutrition. I learned about Juice Plus Whole Food Nutrition, and I truly mean I have educated myself, from Kelly Proehl, wife of former NFL Football player Ricky Proehl, and owners of Proehlific Park. She is someone who God has blessed and blessed me as well to be able to get to know her.

I've asked Kelly to step into BlogLand today.....here she is...

Hi! My name is Kelly Proehl and I live in Greensboro, NC near the Nutty Girl! My husband is Ricky and we are proud parents of three wonderfully busy children- daughter Alex (15), Austin (13) and Blake (10).

About four years ago while training for a marathon at Disney (awesome experience), I injured my IT band and sought help from an active release therapist who told me about Juice Plus+ Whole Food Nutrition. I immediately researched it and what I found was solid research! The concept of just food for our nutritional needs, instead of fragmented, isolated, synthetic vitamins, made perfect sense to me! Juice Plus+ is simply 17 different, vine-ripened, raw fruits, vegetables and whole grains in a capsule, chewable or gummy. It is common sense nutrition that is mandatory for good health and prevention because not many of us eat 7-13 servings of raw fruits and veggies everyday.

What does the primary research prove conducted on JP+? The first eight studies showed the fresh, juice powders are bioavailable and makes a significant difference in our antioxidant levels in just 28 days! From there, the peer-reviewed published evaluations showed JP+ reduces oxidative stress, increases our immunity, enhances circulation and protects our DNA! Wow! And, there are currently 13 gold standard studies ongoing all over the world It was a no-brainer for our family so we started eating JP+ four years ago and we loved it so much, that I started my own JP+ Franchise. As humans, we are all looking for relationships and a way to make a difference. That's why I love my business....I am making a difference in people's lives and forming life-long relationships with my customers and my team. And, the extra income helps send our daughter to a private, Christian school and pay the bills including all of our wonderfully busy kids' travel sports!

If life is too hectic to feed yourself and your family enough fruits and veggies everyday or you're tired of your kids being sick and missing school or confused about vitamins, then click the JP+ link on the Nutty Girl's homepage. Your body knows how to use FOOD for its nutritional needs! Take some time to look deeper into JP+ for the health of it! You and your family will love it too and you're worth $1.38/ day!

If you live in the Greensboro area and want to meet Kelly to find out more about Juice Plus, she will be at my house Thursday, February 26th (tomorrow!)at 10:30 AM. We will be sharing more about this! Don't know where I live? E-mail me at MaryJean@triad.rr.com and I will give you directions! Oh yes, I will even have childcare...so bring them too...they can taste the gummies!

Don't live in Greensboro and want to know more? E-mail me and I'll help you out! We both care about you!

***Don't forget to post on yesterday for the giveaway....ends at midnight tonight!***

Hi Rachel, Runner Mom and Darlene,

This is Kelly, MJ's guest blogger for Juice Plus+. Yes, toddlers can eat JP+ gummies and chewables(babies can too once they can "gum" foods). Also, if you live near Greensboro, there will be other Wellness Presentations March 11 and 13. Let us know if you want details. And, we are happy to mail you a DVD to watch if you can't attend.

In health,
